By signing up for our subscription service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Subscription Term and Billing Schedule:Your subscription term with THE HELP DESK begins on the date of sign-up and lasts for a duration of 12 months. Payments for your subscription will be billed automatically on the same day of each subsequent month during the subscription term. If your subscription began on a day not contained in a given month (e.g., if you became a paying subscriber on January 31), your payment method will be billed next on the last day of the subsequent month (e.g., February 28). This ensures a consistent billing schedule aligned with your sign-up date.2. Service Description:Your subscription entitles you to 1 hour of remote tech support every month. Unused hours can be accumulated and carried forward, up to a maximum of 3 hours. These hours can be utilized for technical assistance with any supported devices or software.3. Cancellation Policy:Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. If a customer cancels their subscription during the term, they will be billed for the remaining months at the price of the monthly subscription and retain access to the service until the end of the term. To cancel their subscription without being billed for the upcoming term renewal, customers must provide notice of cancellation between 60 to 30 days before the annual renewal. If notice is provided less than 30 days before the annual renewal, the customer will be billed for the upcoming term and retain access to the service until the end of that term. Any remaining hours already paid for will not be refunded.4. Usage:Your subscription grants you access to 1 hour of remote tech support per month. Unused hours can be accumulated and carried forward, up to a maximum of 3 hours. These hours cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash.5. Updates and Changes:THE HELP DESK reserves the right to update, modify, or change our services and subscription plans at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes to your subscription via email or through our website.6. Data Privacy:We value your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. By subscribing to THE HELP DESK, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.7. Customer Support:Our dedicated customer support team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your subscription or technical issues. Governing Law:This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
